Wedding on Otto Bock Powered Wheel chair!

When Rakesh Jain, a Raipur-based businessman decided to tie the knot, he had not thought about the actual logistics involved. Quite natural, for a man in love!

'Saat feras' on powered wheel chair

When finally reality dawned upon Rakesh, he had to think about an appropriate powered wheel chair which would enable him to take the ‘Saat feras’ (a ritual where the bride and the groom circle the auspicious fire seven times to perform the wedding ceremony).

The wheel chair had to be able to turn at a short radius and the speed had to be controlled very precisely. The chair had to make Rakesh comfortable on his big day and had to look good to suit the festivities.

Rakesh already used a foldable powered chair from Otto Bock. The quality and dependability of his first wheelchair prompted him to select the second, more specialized, B500 powered wheel chair.

We congratulate Mr. & Mrs. Rakesh Jain and wish them both a very happy married life and a great future together!
