For the expenses on fitment of artificial limbs, orthotic supports and any rehabilitation services, Government employees are entitled to reimbursement of their bills, duly issued, authenticated and signed by Dr. V.J.S. Vohra, who is authorized to do so as Hony. Prosthetic Adviser to Governments of Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh and Himachal Pradesh, on all matters concerning supply and fitting of prosthetic aids and rehabilitation of the physically handicapped.

Recognition, appointment or approval by one state Govt. is honoured by other Governments in the country. Therefore, employees of Govt. of India and other state Governments all over India are also entitled to reimbursement of costs of artificial limbs and other rehabilitation services, through Dr. Vohra.
